The rule at the door
Cascades Casino London admits guests who are 19 or older and carry valid government-issued photo ID. Guests aged 21 or younger must also show a secondary piece of name identification. A guest who is 20 therefore brings two documents, not one.
The age floor comes from provincial law. Under Ontario's Gaming Control Act, 1992, s. 2(3), no one under 19 may enter or stay in a casino. Online casino play in the province carries the same 19+ limit.
What to bring to the door
Entry and My Club Rewards · Ontario casinos are 19+
Entry: 19 or older with valid government-issued photo ID; guests aged 21 or younger also need a secondary piece of name identification. My Club Rewards: free, at the Guest Services desk with valid ID.

How My Club Rewards works
My Club Rewards is the players club at Cascades Casino London, and membership is free. A guest visits the Guest Services desk, presents valid ID and is enrolled there. No points rules or point values were published on the pages the desk read, so none are given here. Card terms should be checked on the casino's own site.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited operates the casino. At its Ontario properties, Gateway applies OLG's PlaySmart responsible gambling program. PlaySmart's own site is playsmart.ca.

Breaks
Taking a break from play
OLG's My PlayBreak self-exclusion program covers Ontario casinos, Charitable Gaming Centres and OLG.ca. That includes the casino floor at 900 King Street.
BetGuard, run by iGaming Ontario at betguard.ca, works on the online side. It lets a person opt out of every regulated online gaming site in Ontario, OLG.ca included. Terms are 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or a custom term. It does not cover land-based casinos, so it does not reach 900 King Street. ConnexOntario offers free, confidential help 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600, by text (CONNEX to 247247) and by live chat at connexontario.ca.
Desk notes
- No point values for My Club Rewards were published on the casino pages the desk read.
